Our Coronavirus action plan is set out below.

• We're monitoring and actioning UK Government & Public Health England guidance
• We're briefing our employees regularly, ensuring any new procedures are implemented to protect them and our customers
• We're adopting strict 2m social distancing rules
• We're increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting surfaces such as doors, desks and phones regularly
• We're making antibacterial hand sanitiser available to all customers and employees
• We're disinfecting car touchpoints when we receive them and additionally prior to delivery and before and after test drives. All our cars are thoroughly cleaned inside and out
• If you'd like to test drive one of our vehicles, our sales executives will sit in the back wearing PPE
• We'll offer you face masks & gloves if required
• We've introduced a no handshake policy, so please don't think we're being rude, we just want to respect the social distancing rules
• We can offer safe vehicle delivery to customers if you don't want to collect from the dealership
